Why is my television provider's on demand offering different than what is listed on SHO.com?

The On Demand schedule available at SHO.com reflects an ‘expanded’ menu offering available to most subscribers. If the On Demand menu on your set top box guide does not match the one found at SHO.com, your service provider may not offer the ‘expanded’ menu. Providers not offering the expanded menu include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Blue Ridge, GCI, Grande, Frontier and Mediacom.
