If you are experiencing the problem while watching on your television through a cable, satellite or telco provider, please describe the problem in detail, and also provide the following:

  • Program viewed
  • Television provider
  • Your city, state and zip code
  • Make and model of your set-top-box
  • Channel name and number (please indicate if you were watching HD or SD)
  • Date and time you experienced the issue
  • If you were watching live TV or On Demand

If you are experiencing the problem while watching on SHOWTIME Anytime, please describe the problem in detail, and also provide the following:
